This letter is to serve as a reference, documenting my opinion on my experience with Alternatives in Realty, LLC.

I was unfortunately in the process of losing my home through foreclosure. I was not having any success in negotiating with my lender or their attorneys. The foreclosure auction was scheduled to happen in a few short days.

My experience with Alternatives in Realty was entirely positive and comfortable. They were professional, polite and sensitive to my needs and situation - and most of all, helpful. They solved my problem by stopping the foreclosure and purchasing my home for a fair price thereby enabling me to get on with my life - without this burden on my credit history. They went above and beyond the call of duty to work with the attorneys, courts, banks and others - and did so very quickly.

In my opinion, if there were more companies like Alternatives in Realty in the world, many of us probably wouldn't have ended up in this kind of situation. They treated me with respect and kindness. I highly recommend Alternatives in Realty to anyone needing their support and assistance. I am glad they were there for me.

And They Lived Happily Ever After...

Here's a very special letter and unusual story. They were in foreclosure and didn't know it. They were about to lose their home in a few short days. We stopped the foreclosure. They kept their house.

…We would like to take a minute to let you know the exceptional services that was provided to us by Peter.

This man went way out of his line of service to assist us in not losing our home. He advised us we were losing our home due to a foreclosure. Peter took one look at us and realized we were totally baffled to what he was saying. Due to a name error in the paperwork, we were never notified of this and were totally surprised on what was happening.

Peter sat with both my husband and I, gave us the information, on who was foreclosing, the attorneys involved and phone numbers to get us started. He left our home with an open invitation if we could not resolve the issues he would still be very willing to purchase the home for a fair amount.

We made several calls to our mortgage company and were told things like this take several weeks to resolve and at this point we only had 4 days. My husband and I called Peter, with much heartache, as we really did not want to sell our home this was our life! Peter seemed to sense this and offered us a solution to try to help us out of our mess.

Peter gave up a complete day working on this. The only compensation he received from us was a thank you. We were able to stop the foreclosure.

We still believe this man was sent to us, and we could not let this deed go unrewarded. The best we can do for him is to let you know as his employer, what a generous, empathetic, man he is.
