Our Founder: A Hard-Working, Ethical Individual, Who is Customer-Focused and Results-Oriented.
Our company was founded by a successful,
senior level executive, who served in leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President,
with a number of the largest companies of their kind in the United States. He also served as senior consultant to Fortune 500
companies. He was well-regarded as a creative thinker and problem solver; he was quick to act and of value to the people he
assisted.
He has multi-faceted real estate experience dating back to 1984. His real estate experience began in California
where he was a real estate investor, Administrator for the management of $20 million in commercial and residential property and licensed
Real Estate Broker.
He combines his complete and broad-based business and real estate experience to meeting the needs of real
estate Buyers and Sellers in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
His approach, ethics and experience enabled him to build a successful
track record and strong base of satisfied clients (home owners, investors, real estate agents, etc.) here in the East.
Our Founder's
Partners have over 45 years of combined real estate experience in investing, property management and brokerage. In total, many
hundreds of transactions have been completed.
Our approach involves working closely with prospective clients to understand their
needs and difficulties and determining if we can be of assistance. If we can help, we propose a plan, seek the Buyer's or Seller's
approval, act quickly and work hard to achieve the solution which will meet everyone's needs.
We are supported by key
relationships with successful Title companies, attorneys, accountants, mortgage lenders and brokers. We work cooperatively with
Real Estate Agents. We help organize the team to meet our Client's needs and close a successful transaction.
